The flagship business of Jubilee, Bucky J’s International Bakery and Comfort Foods will produce and sell high quality, handmade breads, pastries and associated items to the residents and tourists of the metropolitan Atlanta area, in a classical, “old-style” bakery setting.

The bakery, which will operate 24 hours a day, will focus on an exclusive international flavor in its breads, coffees, teas, pastries, cakes, and cookies.

All items will be made in-house, using high-quality ingredients. 90% of Bucky J’s products will be produced in the company’s in-house production facility, including quality, churned fresh butter. Bucky J’s signature is that all items sold from the bakery will be baked in an authentic brick oven. Bucky J’s will also provide health-conscious stove top, grilled, boiled, broiled and crock pot items. NO FRYERS will exist at Bucky J’s.

The “old-style” bakery concept will create a successful business that enables us to fulfill our underlying mission: to nourish our neighborhood with wholesome food and promote economic independence through job training in the culinary arts and related fields.
